I. Mission/Goal: 
The Counseling Center ( called Center for short below) is established to help students, faculties, and staffs to maintain and promote their mental health and psychological well-being. 
II. Organization:
The center have a director, full-time and part-time professional counseling staffs, the school President is in charge of hiring these professionals.
III. Duty/ Job:
1. The center director is responsible for planning and executing center affairs.
2. The professional counselors take on mental health prevention.
(1)  Crisis management, individual counseling, group counseling.
(2)  Mental Health examination, caring for high-care(high risk) students, and new students orientation and counseling.
(3)  Hold various mental health activities, counseling knowledge training, and other activities.
IV. Service:
1. Primary prevention in mental health: Hold mental health promotional and counseling activities on campus. 
2. Secondary prevention in mental health: Based on early prevention and early intervention, including psychological assessment and diagnosis services, high risk (high-care) group screening, intervention and necessarily referral.
3. Tertiary prevention in mental health: Crisis management, individual and group counseling services; clients’ related information will be kept confidential according by law.
4. Resource center provides assistant and services for students with disabilities, services include: life adjustment, academic learning assistant, mental health counseling and career transition.
V. Service hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 9:00 - 21:00
2. Friday: 9:00 - 17:00
VI.The Guideline will be implemented after approval by the Counseling Center Administration Meeting and confirmed and recorded by the Student Affairs meeting. The process is the same when making a revision.
